Tearfund DRC Crisis
The DRC faces not one crisis but many. More than 5 million people have been forced from their homes, including 3 million children. Communities, homes and livelihoods have been abandoned.
Tearfund’s Emergency Appeal in Response to the Crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Tearfund is on the ground offering effective help to people in urgent need, providing clean drinking water, handwashing stations, toilets and hygiene kits– all vital in stopping the spread of disease.
They are also giving families farming tools, seeds and training to help them get back on their feet and provide for themselves in the future.
